Who

Since 1990 I have been involved in Leadership and Organization Development, Facilitating, Coaching and Change Management.
I worked for Volvo, Nissan Europe, General Electric, ICI and Shell mainly in International and Global roles.

In 2007 I started Passion for Talent. To do what I have passion for: "helping individuals, teams and organizations to be(come) the best they can be.

My style is combination of challenge and support.

I work with large international companies as well as small local organizations. I'm affiliated withe the Business School IMD in Lausanne as Executive Coach.
